We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will assist both the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections across the site's kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.
The Perks
- Basic salary of £31,775
- Plus TRONC (up to £4,000 per annum)
- 45 hours a week
- Shifts predominately from 7am-4pm
- 5 days per week including weekends
- 5 days out of 7

- Have the confidence to create and be innovative
