We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking fresh British produce. As Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Sous and Head Chef in the daily running of this modern British pub which is currently undergoing a total refurbishment. You will deputise for the Head and Sous Chef on their days off, ensuring food standards are maintained at all times.

The Place
Our client is an independent owner/operator with three other dining pubs and events business in the local area. Situated in the beautiful village of Whichford, the site has recently opened following an extensive refurbishment. The pub serves a seasonal British menu using all fresh and local ingredients. They also have 9 letting rooms and a spacious garden.
The Person
The successful Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
- Experience in a restaurant or dining pub environment at Junior Sous Chef level
- Must have experience in high-end dining
- Ability to lead a team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Confident with a true passion for hospitality
- Organised, passionate & driven to deliver exceptional food
- Strong attention to detail
- A solid CV with long tenures in previous employment
