We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to work in this fabulous 2 AA Rosette restaurant. As the Pastry Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Pastry Chef in this prestigious restaurant known for its Michelin-recognised cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. The Person
The ideal Pastry Sous Chef will have the following:
- Experience as a Pastry Sous or Sous chef with pastry experience in a Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant
- Must have fresh food, high volume premium dining experience
- Essential to have skills in savoury as well as pastry roles
- Driven, an excellent communicator and true team player is essential
- Creative with a high attention to detail
- Professional kitchen experience
- Longevity in previous roles minimum 2 years
- Passionate to progress and learn
