We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade in this luxury 4 star hotel. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will work with a team of four in pastry producing all the hotels desserts, afternoon teas and baked goods.

A luxury hotel in Hampshire with 169 rooms, brasserie restaurant and lounge bar as well as an outside terrace. The hotel is designed to meet the needs of both corporate and leisure guests alike.
The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef de partie will have the following:
- Previous experience as pastry chef de partie or demi chef de partie
- Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial
- Fresh food kitchen experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Live locally and ideally have your own transport
