We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef for a fantastic opportunity in a 2 Michelin starred environment. Working for a great Chef Proprietor and Exec Head Chef you will learn from the best and become part of a fabulous team serving amazing food for their dessert/pastry section.

A beautiful 2 Michelin starred dining pub in the heart of Marlow. A true destination location. A proper dining pub, with proper food. This unique pub is the first of its kind with two Michelin stars, but their food is for everyone to enjoy, and the pub is still a relaxed and accessible environment where everybody's welcome.
The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:
- Experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment
- Rosette or Michelin experience preferred
- The passion and drive to succeed and push boundaries
- A keen eye for detail and precision cooking
- Genuine desire to serve guests great food at a superb level
- Live locally or have own transport
