We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade ensuring the highest quality and consistency. You will work alongside a very experienced and creative Executive Chef and assist in inspiring and training the rest of the kitchen brigade in this stunning premium dining gastro restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of a quaint town in Surrey. Their dining focuses on seasonal, premium ingredients that are elevated into showstopping à la carte menus, unbeatable Sunday roasts, and beautiful desserts.
This role would be very well suited to an experienced premium dining Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.
