We are currently looking for an experienced chef to work as a Night chef in a luxury 5-star hotel setting. As Night chef you will work between the hours of 9pm-7am serving guests in the hotel

The Person
The Night Chef will have:

• Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star environment at Chef De Partie Level
• High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
• Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
• Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
• Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
• Have the confidence to create and be innovative
• Leadership skills
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
