We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this fabulous, authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team preparing classic Italian dishes using fresh, premium ingredients, while helping to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across the kitchen in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Opened in 2008, this restaurant is a multi‑award‑winning regional Italian restaurant serving seasonal, fresh, and authentic dishes in the heart of Soho.

The restaurant features a stunning newly refurbished private dining room accommodating up to 32 seated guests, alongside a beautiful counter dining and chef’s table experience.

The team takes pride in making as much as possible in‑house, including breads, sausages, salumi, pickles, mostarda, and of course, fresh pasta.

  • The Person
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
  • A genuine love of Italian food — previous Italian cooking experience is a big plus.
  • Organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience supporting, training, and developing Chef de Parties.
  • Fresh food background essential.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and good overall computer literacy.
  • Motivated, driven, hardworking, and reliable.
  • A true passion for Italian cuisine.
  • Experience within premium, high‑end restaurant environments.
