We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join a respected artisan bakery in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role, supporting the day-to-day running of pastry production while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and consistency.
Working closely with the senior team, you will oversee production across both retail and wholesale operations, supervising a small team and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. The role has a strong focus on laminated doughs and Danish production, with lamination carried out by hand, alongside the production of simple cakes and biscuits. You will be responsible for monitoring quality, troubleshooting where needed, and ensuring high standards are maintained across all products.
