We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the team at a highly regarded premium café and food-led business. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality operator to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy and successful site, overseeing both the front-of-house experience and food production operation.
Responsibilities
- Driven by the need for exceptional service standards, the General Manager will be responsible for developing the team, maintaining operational excellence and delivering strong commercial performance.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager within a quality food-led hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
- Experience managing daily operations, rotas, staffing levels and service standards
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing sales, labour costs, margins and profitability
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and teams
- Experience overseeing food quality, hygiene standards and operational compliance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments in a busy environment
- A genuine passion for great food, service and creating an outstanding customer experience
