We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie (Savoury) to join this busy pie, brunch, and café production kitchen in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a passion for hearty, comforting food who enjoys working within a structured, daytime-led production environment.

The successful candidate will support the preparation and delivery of a range of high-quality savoury products including pies, sausage rolls, stews, brunch components, and bakery pairings, all produced with a strong focus on consistency, flavour, and quality. The kitchen operates within a calm but fast-paced environment, supporting both savoury bakery and café-style operations.

The Person

The ideal Chef de Partie (Savoury) will have the following:

  • Strong skills in pastry, fillings, stews, batch cooking, and brunch preparation
  • Experience working with bakery or café-style food, including pies, sausage rolls, and brunch dishes
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards within a production environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Genuine passion for classic British comfort food and savoury baked products
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
