We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bakery Manager for an established bakery operation in Covent Garden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and commercially minded manager to join a growing bakery brand with a strong reputation across London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery, ensuring smooth service, high operational standards, and an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
The successful Bakery Manager will oversee daily operations, stock control, ordering, compliance, labour management, team development, and overall site performance while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
The Perks

The Person
The successful Bakery Manager will have the following:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3
- At least 1 year's experience within a commercial kitchen or bakery environment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong organisational and operational skills including stock control, ordering, audits, and compliance
- Hands-on leadership style with experience in team training, rota planning, recruitment, and performance management
- Passion for food, customer service, and building high-performing teams
- Bakery experience and exposure to P&L management would be advantageous
