Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead the launch of a new crumble bakery site near Bond Street. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bakery, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining compliance and hygiene standards, managing stock and waste, and driving sales and labour performance. The successful candidate will also play a key role in opening the site, establishing strong operational foundations, and supporting continuous improvement.
The Perks
- £38,000-£40,000 salary (dependent on experience)

- Tips plus monthly bonus
- 5-day working week (Tuesday-Saturday, with occasional Sunday/Monday requirement)

The Bond Street site, located just a 5-minute walk from Bond Street Station, will be a busy, high-profile opening focused on quality, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The site will also support production for additional locations and e-commerce fulfilment.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Strong organisational and operational skills, including stock control, ordering, audits, and compliance
- A hands-on, proactive leadership style, including team training, rota planning, recruitment, and performance management
- A passion for food, customer service, and developing high-performing teams
- Bakery experience and P&L exposure are desirable.
