We are currently looking for an experienced conference & events manager for an operational role within a beautiful 4* hotel in Berkshire, to lead the events and front of house team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.

The Place

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment. They also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.

The Person

  • Experience in managing large scale conferences & events
  • Be a great communicator with experience leading a team
  • Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable weddings and events
  • Sound knowledge of event logistics, food & beverage service, and AV coordination
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
  • Strong leader
  • Experience as a hospitality manager
  • Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail
  • Live local to Wokingham with own transport

You must be able to work evenings and weekends.
