Baker

We are currently looking for an experienced Baker for a luxury 5 star hotel in Ascot. AsBaker you will be an integral part of the team. The successful Baker will have a passion for creating exciting flavours and have a flare for detail.

The Place
Our client is a Luxury 70 bedroom, 5 star hotel. The hotel is part of a prestigious 5 star collection of hotels across the world. The property is set in stunning grounds and has an award-winning spa, Michelin starred restaurant, brassiere and elegant lounge bar.

The Person
The ideal Head Baker will have the following:

  • Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
  • Experience working in a Michelin star or AA Rosette establishment
  • Hotel or Restaurant background
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
  • Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
  • COSHH knowledge
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Computer literate
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom
