We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Lamination, Viennoiserie & Pastry Chef to join this growing, family-run bakery business in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate pastry professional to take ownership of the lamination, viennoiserie, and pastry section within a thriving artisan bakery operation.
The successful candidate will lead the production of high-quality croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, seasonal specials, and a range of pastry products, ensuring exceptional standards of consistency, quality, and presentation. Working within a busy production bakery that supplies its own cafés as well as a growing wholesale business across London, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact within an ambitious and expanding company. - Ability to maintain exceptional standards within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
