We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade in this luxury 4 star hotel. As Head Pastry Chef, you will work with a team of four in pastry producing all the hotel's desserts, afternoon teas and baked goods.

The Place:

A luxury hotel in Hampshire with 169 rooms, brasserie restaurant and lounge bar as well as an outside terrace. The hotel is designed to meet the needs of both corporate and leisure guests alike.

The Person:

  • Previous experience as pastry chef or Sous Chef
  • Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial
  • Fresh food kitchen experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Live locally and ideally have your own transport
