Job Description
As Food and Beverage Operations Manager you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times that is consistent with brand guidelines and food hygiene and health & safety legislation. You'll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience.

The Person
The ideal Food and Beverage Operations Manager will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant.
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent
- Immaculate presentation
- Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
- To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
- Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and be approachable
- Excellent guest relations skills
