We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, fresh food, independent Italian restaurant in the heart of Farnham, Surrey. As Chef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. This restaurant takes inspiration from different regions of Italy, bringing authentic Italian dining to life through fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.

Our client is a friendly, independently owned authentic Italian restaurant, bar and terrace. This is the second site of this family owned venture with a huge focus on authentic cooking across all areas of Italy, the finest Italian produce and warm service. Opened only 6 months ago, they have built a great reputation in the town and are growing and elevating their offering regularly, from brunch to al fresco dining on their terrace and late night cocktails.

- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
