Job Description

Experienced Supervisor – Modern British Cafè & Weekend Evenings, Chiswick

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor/Junior Manager to join the team at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Supervisor you would will be based in Chiswick, you will assist and support the team in the daily running of the site, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. This branch is open for breakfast, lunch and brunch predominantly as well as evening service Thursday-Saturday.

This site was opened after their other kitchen was so successful, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, with three evenings services on Thursday, Friday & Saturday

The Person

The ideal Supervisor will have the following:

– Previous experience at Supervisor/Head waiter level in a high standard environment
– This role could be suited for the right first time manager
– A must is that you live in West London and within 3 miles of Chiswick
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Experience upscale restaurants
– Can do attitude & team player & leader
– Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
– A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
– Ability to train, lead and guide the front of house
– Inspire and lead the front of house team
– Be the face a a growing business with a long standing team
