We are currently looking for an experienced results driven events sales manager. This role involves leading the sales team and drive revenue growth through proactive business development. The Person
The Events Sales Manager will have:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, events or a related hospitality sales role
– Experience in coordinating sales, catering, and marketing teams to drive bookings and maximize venue utilisation
– Must drive
– Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed targets.
– Be highly organised & a great leader
– Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to hotel leadership
– Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the
hotel and generate leads.
– Experienced to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue
targets in rooms, groups, meetings, and events
– 3-5 years in event management
– Proficiency in event management software (Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
