We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this fantastic independent café in Hammersmith. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to prepare and serve fresh, seasonal dishes throughout the day, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.

Open seven days a week, the kitchen delivers consistently excellent food using quality ingredients in a busy daytime setting, with selected evening service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday finishing at approximately 9 pm.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally within a café, brunch, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Confidence running your own section and working as part of a small kitchen team.
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food presentation.
- A good understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Flexibility to support daytime service and occasional early evening shifts.
- A positive, hands‑on attitude with the willingness to learn and develop.
- A true passion for fresh food and delivering great quality dishes.
