We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a beautiful venue in the heart of Buckingham. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the preparation and service of food on their given section for multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a hotel Sous Chef
- Run sections and kitchen in service
- Experience in banqueting would be beneficial
- A creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operation
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisations
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
