Assistant Restaurant Manager - Michelin Guide Restaurant - Bath
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a stunning restaurant within a luxury hotel in the heart of Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team at a stylish, contemporary restaurant recognised by the Michelin Guide.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the front-of-house team, oversee daily service and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This is a hands-on management role within a busy, quality-driven restaurant offering fantastic opportunities for career development.

Basic salary of £30,960
Tronc of approximately £4,000-£5,000 per annum
Total package of approximately £35,000-£36,000
5 days out of 7

The Person
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following:
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel
A genuine passion for great food, wine and exceptional service
Confidence leading busy restaurant services and managing the floor
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
A warm, engaging personality and natural ability to build relationships with guests
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service
Experience within a premium, all-day dining or fine dining restaurant would be advantageous
