The Person
The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will have the following:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to step up
A genuine passion for cooking and fresh, seasonal ingredients
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently within a busy kitchen environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs
A team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
Own transport is essential due to the rural location
