We are currently looking for an experienced wedding & events assistant manager for an operational role within a beautiful4* hotel, to help lead the events team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.
The Perks

– A salary of £30,000

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment, they also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.
The Person
The Assistant Wedding and Events Manager will have:
– Experience in managing wedding & events within a team
– Experience in conference and banqueting
– Be a great communicator and highly organised
– Strong initiative & self driven
– Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
– A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
– Experience in hospitality in weddings ideally in hotel
– Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail and live local to Wokingham with own transport
You must be able to work evenings and weekends
