We are currently looking for an experienced wedding & events assistant manager for an operational role within a beautiful 4* hotel, to help lead the events team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment. They also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.

The Person

  • Experience in managing wedding & events within a team
  • Experience in conference and banqueting
  • Be a great communicator and highly organised
  • Strong initiative & self driven
  • Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable weddings and events
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
  • Experience in hospitality in weddings ideally in hotel
  • Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail
  • Live local to Wokingham with own transport
