The Person The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following: Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel A genuine passion for great food, wine and exceptional service Confidence leading busy restaurant services and managing the floor Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team A warm, engaging personality and natural ability to build relationships with guests Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service Experience within a premium, all-day dining or fine dining restaurant would be advantageous If you are an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step in your career within a Michelin Guide restaurant, apply today!
