Joining an established kitchen team you will assist in the preparation and delivery of all dishes across the hotel's outlets.

The Person
The ideal Demi Chef De Partie will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef
- Experience ideally in rosette kitchens
- Great eye for detail
- Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
- The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
- Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
