We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a stunning dining pub in the Cotswolds. Our client is a beautiful village pub with a passion for seasonal, locally sourced food. The successful Junior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver exceptional dishes while supervising and developing the junior members of the brigade.
