We are looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to lead the reception team at this lovely 4-star hotel in Windsor. As Head Receptionist, you will run the reception shifts on a day-to-day basis of the front desk team and will report into the Reception Manager.

The Place
A 4-star riverside hotel in Windsor comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. They have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.
The Person
The ideal Head Receptionist will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Receptionist in a quality hotel of a similar size or at Head Receptionist in a smaller property.
- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others to achieve through proven man-management skills, coaching and team building.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
- Good understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation.
- Be IT literate - Microsoft Office, Opera PMS preferred.
- An excellent command of written & spoken English and numeracy.
- Happy with shift work 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and weekends.
