Chef De Partie Cotswolds Farm-to-Table Dining
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team of an award-winning organic farm, farm shop and restaurant in the Cotswolds. Our client is renowned for its seasonal, sustainable food and commitment to using the finest organic produce. The successful Chef De Partie will support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dishes across the restaurant, deli, delivery service and private events, while maintaining the highest culinary and food safety standards and supporting the development of junior chefs.
The Perks

- Estimated OTE of £35,000 per annum (£31,000 basic salary plus approximately £4,000 in gratuities and service charge)
