We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Pastry Chef de Partie to join a luxury hotel in Windsor, ahead of an exciting new restaurant and bar launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile refurbishment, working within a talented pastry and kitchen team that is shaping a refined, high-quality dining experience from pre-opening through to launch and beyond.
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section within a fast-paced, high-quality pastry kitchen, producing consistently excellent desserts, pastries and sweet creations that reflect the hotel's commitment to quality, seasonality and locally sourced produce. You will work closely with the senior pastry and kitchen team to maintain exceptional standards of preparation, presentation and service, while supporting junior members of the team during busy periods.

The Person
The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie within a quality kitchen, hotel, restaurant or pastry environment
- Ability to confidently manage a pastry section during busy service
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, cakes and sweet creations
- A passion for high-quality pastry and consistent presentation
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety and stock control procedures
- Calm, organised and professional approach under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A willingness to learn, develop and support junior members of the team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
