We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a quality hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Breakfast Chef to become part of a friendly and dedicated team, preparing exceptional breakfast dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding start to every guest's day while working within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

  • The Person
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef preparing both buffet and à la carte breakfast service
  • NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) preferred
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for consistently delivering high standards
  • Flexible to work a 40-hour week on a 5 days from 7 rota, with shifts starting from 5:30am
