An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Bartender to join the opening team of a brand-new British Brasserie in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new opening, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for both hotel guests and local visitors.

- Previous experience working behind a busy bar within a restaurant, hotel, brasserie or similar hospitality venue.
- A passion for cocktails, wines, beers and premium spirits.
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest service.
- A friendly, positive and confident personality.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A strong work ethic with a long-term commitment.
- Great attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high standards.
