We are recruiting an experienced Pastry Production Supervisor to join a respected artisan bakery in London. This hands-on leadership role supports day-to-day pastry production while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and consistency. Working closely with the senior team, you will oversee production across both retail and wholesale operations, supervising a small team and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. The role focuses on laminated doughs and Danish production, with hand-laminated doughs and production of simple cakes and biscuits. You will monitor quality, troubleshoot where needed, and ensure high standards across all products.
