We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a stunning dining pub in Moreton in Marsh. As Sous Chef you will be a real foodie and will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. You will also be responsible for supervising the junior chefs in the team.

The Person

The Successful Junior Sous Chef will have:

  • Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar environment
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
  • A thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
  • Ideally be able to drive or live locally
  • A passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
  • The confidence to create and be innovative
