We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery General Manager to join an established bakery business across sites in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on and commercially minded manager to join a growing bakery brand with an excellent reputation across London.
The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day running of one of the business's busy London sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and consistently high standards within a fast‑paced environment. The role could be based across locations including Covent Garden or the Bond Street area.
The role will involve managing daily operations, stock control, ordering, compliance, labour management, team development, and overall site performance, while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

The Person
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a commercial kitchen or bakery environment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong organisational and operational skills including stock control, ordering, audits, and compliance
- Hands‑on leadership style with experience in team training, rota planning, recruitment, and performance management
- Genuine passion for food, customer service, and building high‑performing teams
- Bakery experience and exposure to P&L management would be advantageous
