We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sommelier for a stunning hotel in Hampshire.

As the Sommelier you will learn a comprehensive and considered wine list working closely with the restaurant team during service to ensure guests needs are met on the beverage front.

The Person

The successful Sommelier will have the following

  • Previous experience as a Sommelier within similar dining concept
  • WSET level 2 minimum
  • Immaculate presentation
  • To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
  • Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and be approachable Excellent guest relations skills
