We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry team at this stunning luxury country house hotel set within 400 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly seasonal kitchen, where much of the produce is sourced directly from the hotel's own kitchen garden.

Working with exceptional ingredients, you'll help create beautiful desserts that celebrate the changing seasons, showcasing fresh fruits, herbs and produce grown on the estate.

As Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will support the senior pastry team in delivering exceptional desserts across the hotel's award-winning restaurant, afternoon tea service and wider food offering, while continuing to develop your skills within one of the country's most unique luxury hospitality environments.

The Person

The ideal Senior Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • A genuine passion for pastry and seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
  • Experience within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or fine dining environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A team-focused approach and a passion for producing exceptional food
