We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a luxury hotel in Hampshire.

The successful Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional farm-to-fork dining experience while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently achieved.

The Person

The successful Restaurant Manager will have

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant.
  • A genuine passion for exceptional food, wine and hospitality.
  • A strong understanding of sustainable, seasonal and farm-to-fork dining.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop a successful team.
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across departments and work closely with the kitchen team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
