We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Waiter to join the talented Food & Beverage team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Hampshire. - TRONC of approximately £7,800+ per annum

This beautifully restored Georgian property offers an exceptional collection of dining experiences, with a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability and ingredients grown on its own farm and biodynamic market garden. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience centred around open-fire cooking, celebrating the simplicity and flavour of exceptional seasonal produce. With a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and a passionate culinary team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a restaurant that offers something genuinely different. The restaurant is open for evening service and Saturday lunch.
The Person
The successful Restaurant Waiter will have:
- Previous experience as a Waiter within a luxury hotel, quality restaurant or fine-dining environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
- An interest in seasonal food, quality ingredients and produce-led dining
- Good food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to continue learning
- The confidence to engage with guests and explain dishes and menus
- Immaculate presentation and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy service
- A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team
- The ability to work closely with the kitchen and senior restaurant team
- A commitment to maintaining excellent restaurant standards
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ideally, a local base and access to their own transport
