We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Lamination, Viennoiserie & Pastry Chef to join this growing, family‑run bakery business in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate pastry professional to take ownership of the lamination, viennoiserie, and pastry section within a thriving artisan bakery operation.
The successful candidate will lead the production of high‑quality croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, seasonal specials, and a range of pastry products, ensuring exceptional standards of consistency, quality, and presentation. - Proven experience within a lamination, viennoiserie, or pastry‑focused role
