We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. You will work alongside a very experienced and creative Executive Chef and assist in inspiring and training the rest of the kitchen brigade in this stunning premium dining gastro restaurant and cocktail bar located in the heart of a quaint town in Surrey.

The dining focuses on seasonal, premium ingredients that are elevated into showstopping à-la-carte menus, unbeatable Sunday roasts and beautiful desserts.

This role would be very well suited to an experienced premium dining Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.

The Person

  • Experience in a premium restaurant/gastropub setting
  • Ideally Rosette or Michelin background
  • Must currently hold position of Sous Chef or higher
