A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join a beautiful luxury country house hotel in North Wales.
Set within Snowdonia National Park overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, this 14-bedroom hotel is renowned for its exceptional food, wine and service and was awarded a prestigious Michelin Key in 2024.
The successful Head Waiter / Head Waitress will play an important role in leading the front of house team by example, delivering outstanding service and helping to establish the restaurant as a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.
