We are currently recruiting for a Commis Sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience. Our client is focused on the guest journey and we are looking for a passionate Commis Sommelier to complete their Sommelier team for this beautiful country house hotel with a Michelin starred restaurant.

The Person:
The Commis Sommelier will have:
- Experience as a Commis sommelier, ideally in a fine-dining venue at Michelin level
- At least 1 years experience as a sommelier
- The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
- Strong wine knowledge and a passion to learn and grow
- Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach who is personable
- Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
