We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Junior Sous Chef will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. You will also deputise for the Head and Sous Chef in their absence.

The Person
- Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
- A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
- The confidence to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service
- Dedication, motivation and positive attitude
- Flexibility to cover shifts as required
- Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections
