We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Chef De Partie will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus.

The all-day bar menu offers tempting nibbles throughout the day and breakfast, morning coffee and afternoon tea are also available to non-residents.

The Person

  • Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
  • A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
  • The confidence to deputise for the Junior Sous Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service
  • Dedication, motivation and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as required
  • Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections
  • Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge
  • Ideally live locally or have your own transport
