We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for an exciting new restaurant project. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to help deliver consistently high standards, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen and ensuring excellent execution across your section. - Interest in foraging, game, and whole‑animal butchery (training can be provided)
