We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie who has a passion for cooking fresh British produce. As a Chef De Partie you will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of this modern British pub, which has reopened after an exciting refurbishment. You will manage your section ensuring that all dishes are produced to the highest standard.

The Place:

Our client is an independent owner/operator with three other dining pubs and events business in the local area. Situated in the beautiful village of Whichford, the site has just opened after an extensive refurbishment. The pub serves a seasonal British menu using fresh and local produce with a seasonally changing menu. They also have 9 letting rooms and a spacious garden.

The Person:

  • Experience in a restaurant or dining pub environment at Chef De Partie level
  • Must have experience in fresh food cooking
  • Ability to run a section
  • Confident with a true passion for hospitality
  • Organised, passionate & driven to deliver exceptional food
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A solid CV with long tenures in previous employment
